The free plan runs one single-day event with up to 20 participants — registration, payments and a basic results page. It's perfect for a small club race or a trial. Club pages, crews/dragon boat and the advanced tools come with a paid plan; lifetime rankings, though, are part of the platform — free for every athlete and club.
We support you on the backend — hands-on. Every paid plan includes onboarding where we help set up your event, build the draw and get you ready for race day, and higher tiers add priority and dedicated support during the event itself. You're never left alone with a dashboard.
Ticketing sites sell entry and stop there. Lumba1 runs the whole race — pre-race draws and rosters, a race-day console with live TV mode, check-in and bib sequencing, live results and e-certificates — then keeps your community alive with lifetime rankings and club pages. Most tools cover one stage; we cover all four. See the comparison above.
Yes — on paid plans, every result feeds athletes' lifetime national rankings and their club page history. It's the single biggest reason athletes return: there's a board to climb, and your event is where they climb it.
New organisers go through a quick verification before going live — it keeps the community trustworthy and earns you the Verified badge on your club and event pages. We review fast and help you launch; it's a help, not a hurdle.
Fees collect in MYR via Stripe. Standard plans get standard withdrawals; the two-event pack and custom plans unlock faster withdrawals and priority refund support. Refunds run through an in-app queue with a full consent trail. The two-event pack is simply two events at a lower per-event rate.
Those are our first two sports — the platform is built to host any racing or fitness event. Erg formats (row, ski, bike, strength), club leagues, gym throwdowns and new sports are on the roadmap. If you run something we don't list yet, talk to us; the console is the same whatever you're racing.
